Are these digital or physical products?

Digital only. Files are delivered instantly after payment by download link and email.

What formats do you provide?

PDF/Docs/Sheets for frameworks and prompts; TXT/CSV for prompt lists; occasional Canva links for templates.

How fast will I receive my order?

Usually within minutes. If nothing arrives in 10 minutes, check spam or contact support and we’ll re-send.

Can I share or resell the files?

No. Your license is for personal or internal business use. Redistribution, resale, or upload to public libraries is not allowed.

Refunds?

Because items are digital, refunds aren’t offered once delivered, except for non-delivery/technical issues or duplicate purchases. See our Refund Policy.

Do you store card data?

No. Payments are processed securely by Stripe/PayPal/Shopify Payments.
